Every item travels one fixed route from atelier to retail floor. We take the goods in, standardise the product data, complete or direct every mandatory step, deliver the accompanying documents and distribute to the European buyer. That route is our compliance rail, and every shipment passes the same steps in the same order.

Data standardisation
Every product is entered against our Product Data Standard: material composition, country of origin, the HS code (the customs classification number), imagery and full traceability. Incomplete data does not flow through the chain.

Compliance clearance
Hallmarking, conflict-minerals verification, customs classification and the import declaration are completed before a product leaves the secured chain. We act as importer of record.

Secured logistics
High-value shipments move via a specialised valuables carrier under all-risk insurance cover, lower-value B2C parcels via an international express carrier. FCA (Incoterms 2020) throughout.

Verified distribution
B2B through the Partner Portal, B2C through the online shop. A product enters either channel only after it has completed the sequence.

Fine jewellery with provenance
Every item in our collection is handmade in Indonesia, crafted by goldsmiths and gemstone specialists from Bali, Java and Sulawesi and set with gemstones sourced from the islands that have shaped this craft for centuries. Each item arrives with its material provenance, hallmarking certificate and production dossier. The collection and the online shop are coming soon.
Investment gold
Alongside the jewellery line, we supply investment-grade gold to the LBMA Good Delivery standard, fully documented and delivered under secured, insured logistics. It runs on the same rail with a different set of rules beneath it, because a gold bar is a financial asset rather than a jewel.
